Russell Brand refuses fortune Katy Perry

Russell Brand, officially ex-husband of Katy Perry from June 30, is entitled to keep part of the fortune of the singer, but according to TMZ, the comedian is not intended to be left with nothing.

Russell and Katy married in October 2010 and, with no pre-nuptial agreement, the law says they are married under the community property acquired. "He does not want her money and is happy with who won this time, even if it is much less than Katy earned," said a source close to the couple's website.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have been married for 14 months. Rumors about a possible divorce began in December last year, when New Year's Eve spent apart. Close friends of the couple were surprised by the separation and the singer does not deny having been shattered.
