The Van Halen will return to recording with David Lee Roth, the group's original vocalist, advances the "Rolling Stone".
The band signed a deal with Interscope that besides disk provides a standard tour and merchandising.
Note that the band no longer collaborates with Roth since the release of "1984" - when the singer left the band to pursue a solo career, after six albums together.
Roth was replaced by Sammy Haggar, responsible for the four vocal albums that followed. "Van Halen III," the latest record of the collective, had the voice of Gary Cherone, the Extreme.
In 2007, David Lee Roth returned to join the Van Halen, but only for a North American tour.

It would be great album :)
ReplyDeleteHmm... I have a vague print in my mind that my dad used to listen to a CD entitled Van Halen when I was a kid, which means like a decade ago... or perhaps I'm mistaken. Anyway, I remember I used to like them, even though I didn't really have a clue of what music really is at that time. Good post!
ReplyDeleteThat's good to know that Van Halen is returning. The world of music have a lot to loose without him.
