Grammy Awards: Kanye West, Foo Fighters and Adele lead race for prizes


Kanye West leads the Grammy Awards race with seven nominations.
The rapper competes with his solo work, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy," in four categories, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap and Best Rap Collaboration for All Of The Lights. His work with Jay-Z, "Watch The Throne," earned him three nominations, including Best Rap Album, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Music by Otis.

Here are the Foo Fighters and Adele, each with six nominations for the awards. Adele competes, among others, in categories Single of the Year and Song of the Year, with Rolling In The Deep, and in the category Album of the Year for "21". As for the Foo Fighters are nominated for Album of the Year and Best Rock Album for "Wasting Light," and Best Rock Song Walk by, among other indications.

Launched the awards in the race are also Bon Iver, Mumford and Sons, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Radiohead, Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Eminem and Beyonce.

The most important music awards will be handed over to February 12, Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
